How can I delete my data?
- Enter your valid email address for which you would like to delete the data and submit your request
- You will receive an email from Bloomreach asking to confirm your request for deleting your data
- Confirm the request by replying to the email
- Within 30 days you will receive an email from Bloomreach confirming that your data has been deleted
What data will I delete?
It is important to remember that Bloomreach processes data either on its own behalf (a lawyer would say as a controller) or on behalf of its clients (as a processor).
You will delete only those data Bloomreach processes as a controller based on your consent and those data which Bloomreach processes for the purposes of website personalization, pre-contractual relationships, hiring and direct marketing (non-customers). You will not delete those data that we process on behalf of our customers.

Bloomreach will process certain data about people shopping on www.pink-shoes-eshop.com on behalf of this shoe retailer. This data may include, for example, the number of clicks, scrollings, mouse-overs, lengths of visits etc). What should I do if I want to delete data which Bloomreach process on behalf of its customer?
You have two options. Firstly, contact directly our customer. Secondly, let us know the name of the customer and its website, and we will pass your request to him. However, bear in mind that we cannot guarantee how our customers will treat your request.
